Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The Sightseers Strap 1.0 is designed to support camera equipment under normal use conditions. The Strap has been load tested up to 40kg. To ensure the strap performs as intended, please:
Inspect the strap, stitching, and attachment hardware before each use, and discontinue use if you notice fraying, cracking, stretching, or damage to clips or rings.
Attach the strap only to designated mounting points (e.g., tripod mounts, dedicated strap lugs) as specified in the product instructions.
Avoid exposing the strap to conditions outside its intended use (e.g., excessive heat, chemical exposure, loads beyond the rated capacity).
Replace the strap if it shows signs of wear, or after 2 years, whichever comes first.

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the ACL, We are not liable for loss or damage arising from:
use of the strap outside its intended purpose,
failure to follow the care instructions above,
use of the strap beyond its rated load capacity, or
damage caused by normal wear and tear that was not reported prior to failure.
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.
